Color and Shading

Watch the 2 tutorials listed below, and follow along. I don't mean you have to recreate the scenes exactly, but as the speaker demonstrates tools, test them out yourself. That's the only deliverable for this assignment, but by the end you should be familiar with:

The palette layout, and how to save a palette

How to use the fill and paintbrush tool

How to practice adding shadows where appropriate, including altering opacity

Get in the habit of putting different colors/ lines on their own layers (columns)
